POM processes orders Monday thru Friday. We are closed on Saturday, Sunday, and National Holidays. 

Once an order status has been updated to delivered, pressonsbymon is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

Customers are held accountable in providing the correct shipping information when placing an order. 

International Orders

We are elated to finally offer international shipping!

Shipping costs vary from country to country. Your order will be calculated at checkout. 

Respectfully, pressonsbymon is not responsible for shipping deliveries/delays due to customs or transfers from USPS or DHL to the local couriers in your country, and delays once the package leaves the U.S.

Please understand, pressonsbymon has no control over taxes or customs fees your order may have. 

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of this product, we do not accept returns at this time.

If you are unhappy with your recent purchase or would like an exchange, please contact us and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

In the unlikely event your nail kit is damaged upon arrival, with full proof, it will always be replaced.
